There is a new mixed-use development in Dallas located off of Northwest Highway and Central Expressway called Park Lane. It has a variety of retail shops and restaurants, as well as apartments and condos. (A new, landmark Whole Foods just opened up recently in the development.)
While searching for images of the residential units at Park Lane, I stumbled across pictures of Kent Rathbun's place (above). Kent is a local celebrity here in Dallas. He is a chef and restaurateur. He was also an Iron Chef Champion. Anyway, his residence is gorgeous. Love the chandelier over the dining table. I can't tell exactly, but my guess is that's a Viking range in his kitchen. I especially love the patio.
Kent, you can invite me over for dinner and drinks anytime.
